How long does it take for my order to reach me?
In-stock items are typically delivered within 3 working days (excluding the order date).
During peak periods, delivery may take 7–10 working days.
Indent and special-order items may require a longer lead time.
What time do you deliver?
Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 5:00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Free delivery for orders S$150 and above
- S$18 delivery fee for orders below S$150
- Sentosa deliveries incur a flat fee of S$36
Delivery is available within Mainland Singapore only. If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you with an update.

Delivery is FREE for orders S$150.00 & above (including prevailing GST).
Delivery charges of S$18.00 will apply for orders that fall below S$150.
Delivery To Sentosa / Airport / Offshore Locations of Singapore
There will be a standard delivery fee of S$36 to Sentosa.
We are unable to deliver to Airport & Offshore Islands (not limited to Changi, Pulau Ubin, St. John's Island, Sentosa, Pulau Bukom etc).
The company reserves the rights to amend delivery policy herein without any or prior notice to customers.
Can I do self-collection?
Please allow up to 3 working days (excluding the order date) for in-stock items to be transferred to your selected collection point.
Indent and special-order items may require a longer lead time.
Our team will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you accordingly.
Stock Availability
There may be occasions when items are out of stock due to overwhelming demand for them. When that happens, we will contact and inform you.
