All purchases made through Pharmex Healthcare are considered final. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
As a general rule, products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be reviewed and considered solely at Pharmex Healthcare's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Products purchased under promotions, discounts, clearance sales, or special offers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Should a refund be approved under exceptional circumstances, it may be subject to administrative, processing, handling, or payment gateway fees. Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
For hygiene, safety, and infection control reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Upon approval, the product may be returned for inspection and verification. Customers may be required to bear the initial return shipping costs. If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, Pharmex Healthcare will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Where a refund has been approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
