General Policy
All purchases made through Pharmex Healthcare are considered final. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
As a general rule, products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be reviewed and considered solely at Pharmex Healthcare's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Products purchased under promotions, discounts, clearance sales, or special offers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Should a refund be approved under exceptional circumstances, it may be subject to administrative, processing, handling, or payment gateway fees. Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene, safety, and infection control reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Medical equipment that comes into direct contact with users, including but not limited to commodes, shower chairs, and toileting aids.
- Consumable and disposable healthcare products, including but not limited to masks, gloves, diapers, catheters, wound care products, sanitizers, and similar items.
- Any product that has been opened, used, assembled, installed, damaged, or is not in its original condition and packaging.
Returns
Requests for returns must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Returns may only be accepted upon approval by Pharmex Healthcare and must meet the following conditions:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Product is in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Approved returns may be subject to:
- A handling and restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value.
- Delivery, collection, transportation, and administrative charges apply.
- Applicable taxes and fees.
Pharmex Healthcare reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above requirements.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Upon approval, the product may be returned for inspection and verification. Customers may be required to bear the initial return shipping costs. If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, Pharmex Healthcare will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
- Should there be a need for amendments to your order, please call us on 6841 7494.
- As there is cost involved in the processing of the orders, we reserve the right not to accept any request for amendments to quantities, products and last minute changes to delivery timings. Please note that amendments in order may lead to a delay of your delivery beyond the specified delivery period.
- Any refund, if applicable, upon amendments to orders that have been processed and invoiced are subject to administrative charges of S$10.00 or 20% (whichever is of higher value).
- Any request for changes to orders at the point of self collection will be considered an amendment of orders and are subject to the above administrative charges.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Pharmex Healthcare reserves the right to amend this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
