Description

Dressing with Hydrofibra® technology, which gels in contact with wound exudate to maintain a moist healing environment. The top layer, made of polyurethane foam, allows excess moisture to evaporate and creates an impermeable barrier that protects against the penetration of viruses and bacteria. With a soft silicone adhesive located at the edges, it allows for easy application and removal without damaging the skin. With a very thin laminate, it is indicated for the treatment of weak or non-exuding wounds.
