How To Use It

STEP 1

Your shoe’s current insoles are probably removable – take them out first.

STEP 2

Place insole into shoe to test for size; trim, if needed, using your casual sneaker insole as a guide.

STEP 3

Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.

Replace insoles after six (6) months or after the first signs of wear.
