Tymol is an antiseptic with antibacterial and antifungal activity. It is used as a mouthwash or gargle for oral hygiene and for refreshing the mouth, for treating sore throat and for minor mouth inflammation.

 

Dilute the tymol gargle by adding 3 parts of warm water to 1 part of the gargle concentrate before use. It can be used 3 - 4 times daily.
