PRODINE is a broad spectrum, non-stinging and non-staining on skin containing Povidone Iodine used as antiseptic on cuts, bruises, contaminated wounds, burns and for the pre-operative preparation of the skin and mucous membranes. Directions for Use Apply undiluted directly to the affected area (cuts, bruises, burns, or contaminated wounds) as an antiseptic. Precautions: For external use only. Avoid applying to large areas of broken skin to prevent excessive iodine absorption. If hypersensitivity, redness, or swelling develops, stop use immediately and consult a physician.
