The Microlife A2 Classic Blood Pressure Monitor enables a comfortable and accurate upper arm blood pressure measurement at home. With the blood pressure threshold indicator, the reading can easily be classified. A2 Classic records up to 30 measurement values and is equipped with PAD* technology for the early recognition of heart arrhythmias. Moreover, the device is delivered with a wide-range M-L-cuff which covers the majority of arm circumferences.

What is IHB technology?
The IHB technology (IHB = Irregular Heartbeat) detects heart irregularities during blood pressure measurements. If an irregular heartbeat occurs during the measurement, the IHB symbol is displayed.
Advantages of IHB technology
Microlife blood pressure monitors with IHB technology detect heart irregularities during a blood pressure measurement. This is automatically done by the device without the need for any adjustments. Unlike most common monitors, Microlife devices can distinguish between arrhythmias and artefacts due to great technical and physiological precision in measurements.
What is Gentle+?
The Gentle+ technology improves the inflation and deflation rate during blood pressure measurements. It is an adaptive pressure control technology, which allows optimal speed and pressure control thereby ensuring a comfortable measurement.
Gentle+ analyses the blood pressure signals during inflation and thereby calculates the required pressure level so that overinflation, which may be painful and increase BP value, can be prevented.
