Directions
- Slide foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (For the right ankle, turn the support inside out.)
- Wrap the strap over the top of the foot and around the ankle
- Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm yet comfortable.
Care Instructions
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Warnings
Some individuals may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene-blend rubber. If a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
