1 1 week = rent on Monday return on Monday
2 Delivery/Collection if required will be charged at $18/trip
3 Deposit is collected together with the first rental period.
4 Any partial week will be considered as one complete week.
5 1 Month = Rent on 1st of the month, return on the 1st of the month.
6 Deposit rates for non-Singaporeans/PR is twice the usual deposit amount
7 Upon returning, the balance charges are calculated from the end of the first rental period.
8 Please return the item in a clean condition (a cleaning fee of $50.00 will apply if necessary)
9 By renting the item, the hirer is deemed to have read and agreed to the T&C as stated above.
10 Deposit collected will be used to offset the rental charges at the end of the initial rental period.
11 Return location is at our HQ in Yishun (returning to any other branches will incur a $18 item transfer fee)
12 Pharmex reserves all rights to terminate the agreement at any point of time without compensation to the HIRER.
13 Damages due to misuse or loss of the item will be deducted from the deposit (Subject to a max of the initial deposit amount)
14 If a new unit is requested, a minimum duration of 4 months rental is required and collected upfront in addition to the rental deposit.
15 If the required day of return falls on a day that we are not open, the next working day will be considered as an acceptable day of return.
16 Pharmex shall not be liable for any injury or damage however or whatsoever caused to anyone using the rented item(s) directly or indirectly.
Terms of Rental:
1. Definition of Duration:
a. 1 Week: Collect on Monday; Return on Next Monday
b. 1 Month: Collect on 1st of the Month; Return on the 1st of the Month
c. Partial durations will be charged as a full rental period e.g. Full Week/Month
d. Should the Return Date fall on a Non-Operational Day for HQ, the next working day will be considered as an acceptable Return Date.
2. Collection and Return:
a. Rental of units are based on Self-Collection; Delivery charges (as stated) will be levied should the service be needed.
b. All Rental Units must be returned to Pharmex HQ in Yishun; Collection charges (as stated) will be levied should the service be required.
c. All Rental Units must be returned in a clean condition; A Cleaning Fee of $50.00 will be levied for Units that require cleaning.
d. If a Brand New Unit is requested, a minimum Rental Duration of 4 Months will be levied. The full payment of this Minimum Rental Duration will be collected upon confirmation of Rental.
3. Deposits & Payments:
a. A Refundable Deposit will be collected, together with the Rental for the first Rental Period upon confirmation of Rental.
b. Deposits for Non-Singaporeans/Singapore Permanent Residents will be double of the normal Deposit Amounts.
c. Upon Return, the balance charges will be calculated from the end of the previous Billing Period.
d. Deposit amounts will be used to offset any remaining Rental Charges due at the end of the Rental Period; with the balance being refunded through Inter-Bank Transfer.
e. Any and all damages due to Misuse and/or Loss of the Unit will be deducted from the Deposit.
4. Pharmex Healthcare Pte Ltd’s Liabilities:
a. Pharmex Healthcare Pte Ltd reserves the right to recall the unit and terminate the agreement, without prejudice, at any point of time without further compensation to the Hirer.
b. Pharmex Healthcare Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any injury or damages however or whatsoever caused by and to anyone using the Rented Unit; whether directly or indirectly.
c. By Renting the Unit, the Hirer is deemed to have Read, Understood and Agreed to all the Terms and Conditions as stated above.
