Cofen 100 acts by an expectorant action to help loosen phlegm and to thin bronchial secretion to facilitate their removal in order to relieve congestive coughing.

Dosage
Adults : (1 teaspoon is about 5mL) take one to two teaspoons (5mL to 10mL) every 2 to 3 hours.
