Preparing to use the monitor

• Sit upright in a relaxed and comfortable position
• Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
• Put your right arm through the cuff loop.
• Leave about 1-2cm of the bottom edge of the cuff at the centred location on the middle inner arm
• Close the fabric fastener FIRMLY
• Press Start to take measurement
