ASSURE Suction Connecting Tube helps to remove fluid secretions and debris by connecting a suction catheter to a vacuum source, such as a suction machine.
The primary function of the connecting tube is to provide a pathway for the removal of secretions or other fluids from a patient's airway, mouth, or nose.
This can be particularly important for patients who have difficulties clearing their own mucus or saliva, such as those with respiratory distress or tracheostomies.
With a variety of length selections available (180cm, 300cm), ASSURE Suction Connecting Tube is long enough to allow for easy movement of the suction catheter around the user without causing undue stress or discomfort.
The longer tubes can also reach further into the patient's airway with lesser restriction.
