Panadol Menstrual provides fast and effective relief of period pain and discomforts. It contains Paracetamol which has pain relieving and fever reducing properties, and Pamabrom which acts a diuretic by increasing renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, thus promoting dieresis. Pamabrom also helps to relieve water retention symptoms of pre-menstrual and menstrual periods.

Directions

Females above 12 years: 2 caplets every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours. If pain persist for more than 10 days, consult a physician immediately.
